Psychologist | Team Manager

The opportunity

unique opportunity for an experienced Principal Psychologist / Manager has arisen in response to our continued growth in our health and well-being services, injury management and medico-legal services.  

This position is based at our head office in Sydney, NSW.

This role would suit a Registered Psychologist who has worked in Workplace Rehabilitation for 3-5 years and who also has worked in a clinical setting undertaking evidence based assessment and brief intervention services to adults.  This is a diverse role, reporting in to the National Psychological Services and Medico Legal Manager and would suit someone looking for the next stage in their career.

The Principal Psychologist / Manager will come on board to manage the operations and day to day delivery of our broad psychological service lines and lead and support our team to ensure the continued provision of high-quality services to our diverse range of customers.  There is a billing element to this role, and duties will also include triaging referrals, assisting with specialised service reporting, overseeing file strategy and queries and contributing to the overall development of our psychology and well-being services. 

Opportunity also exists to engage in the development of innovative services and in collaboration with the National Management team you will partner with portfolio, relationship, and state managers around identifying innovations in psychological rehabilitation, and contributing to the development  and delivery of service enhancements and new services to meet our customers changing needs.  You will also get to use your expertise with opportunities to develop and deliver a range of mental health and well-being training courses to external organisations and parties as required. 

This position is based at our head office in Alexandria. It is a full-time position however applicants seeking flexible working arrangements or part time would be considered.
