As part of this growth, we have an opportunity for a Principal Consultant or Senior Consultant with significant experience to join our teams based in Melbourne.

The Role:

In this role, you will create, manage and grow current and new client relationships, deliver high quality consulting services, and contribute positively to the dynamic and collaborative team culture.  We don’t do “off the shelf solutions”, so this is the chance to use your knowledge, ideas and insights to design solutions that result in sustained positive behaviour change for our clients. Tour team work broadly across all domains of organisational effectiveness and in this role delivery is likely to include:

  • Psychometric assessments
  • Leadership and team coaching and development
  • Wellbeing
  • Career development
  • Culture and engagement deep dives

This role would suit an experienced, confident, driven and solutions-focused OD practitioner looking to partner with a range of organisations and help them diagnose and solve a range of challenges. Given the scope of the role, ability to travel and work from varied locations will be required from time to time.



The successful candidate will:

  • Have had significant experience working in the industry appropriate for the role level
  • Have had sound experience in the management of organisational projects and service delivery
  • Have experience in business development, account management and working to a sales target
  • Understand the key elements to the facilitation of group workshop dynamics
  • Listens deeply and can make sense of a client's complexity and solutions that will work
  • Have a reasonable understanding of the recruitment and selection process
  • Enjoy a balance between working in a team environment and working autonomously  


It is desirable, but not essential that the candidate have:

  • Be a registered psychologist
  • Have coaching experience
  • Have experience leadership development
  • Have experience in leadership or psychometric assessment
