Manningham City Council and Each Social and Community health are pleased to be partnering to deliver Manningham youth services for young people who live, work, study or have significant connections to Manningham. EACH will deliver these services under the EPIC service model: Empower, Partner, Innovate, Connect. The EPIC service model aims to deliver a responsive and youth-friendly service that meets the needs of all young people living in or connected to Manningham through a holistic, scaled approach.
The new Youth Services team consists of following roles advertised separately:
- Team Leader
- Youth Participation Worker
- Youth Engagement Worker
- Youth Worker - service Access

Who we're looking for
To be successful in the Youth Engagement Worker role you will have a tertiary qualification in Youth or a related field, along with demonstrated expertise and experience in youth work.
You will also bring with you exceptional engaging and networking skills, to engage with youth to bring desired outcomes in the community.
What you'll be doing
The Youth engagement Worker will be responsible for networking, marketing, website management, and the co-design of useful resources for young people, including self-help and connection resources. Wherever possible the Youth Engagement Worker will partner with young people to carry out these responsibilities. The Youth Engagement Worker will also be responsible for coordinating and facilitating local network meetings for Youth and related Service Providers and relevant school staff.

Working closely with youth services, you will assist with the provision of integrated pathways and programs for young people under the EPIC Service model Empower, Partner, Innovate, Connect. Working with other professionals within the Manningham Council area, within a variety of disciplines, our team is dedicated to giving young people the best possible support.
