As part of a multidisciplinary team you will apply state of the art evidence based interventions and psychoeducation in support of a diverse and rewarding client base.
You will develop and implement strategies designed for NDIS participants to leverage strengths and self supports to assist them to move closer to their personal goals.
Care Squared have designed this role for Clinicians who take a hands on approach to intervention and have established or developing skills in assessment, individual intervention and psychoeducation.
This role is suitable as a full time or four day per week position.
CareSquared support all staff with supervision, mentorship and a ‘first amongst equals’ leadership approach underpinned by a ‘research practitioner’ framework. As an organisation we are supportive of career development, promotion and academic extension.

AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist
The right attitude, optimism and problem-solving skills to help clients navigate challenges
To be extraverted and tenacious
Well-developed IT skills to pick up our case management and report writing systems
Experience in liaising and building relationships with key stakeholders
Understanding of the DSM-5 in the diagnosis of mental health disorders
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in a commercial environment
