The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker to join our expanding team.

We are Seeking:


·        A resourceful, self-driven professional; with a strong sense of identity; whose treatment approach fits the dynamic of a flexible, family-oriented, community-based practice;

·        Commitment to practical outcomes and best practice clinical work
(Experience in the areas of neurodevelopmental disorders, adult mental health, child and adolescent therapy, family systems, couple work and chronic health conditions (including persistent pain and injury rehabilitation), will be particularly highly regarded);

·        Flexibility and strategic thinking
(Including a willingness to think outside the referral question, work inter-professionally, question existing paradigms and design creative solutions);

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

·        Intermediateto advanced Microsoft Office skills;

·        Professional capabilities in line with expectations of an early to mid-career professional



·        Researchand evaluation skills
(Including skills in conducting online research, facilitating interviews and focus groups and data analysis (both qualitative and quantitative));

·        Project management experience;  

·        Mentoring and/or supervision skills (or a willingness to develop these);

·        Customer service and interpersonal skills, including negotiation;
