assessment reports and conducting assessment debriefs with organisational clients
and job candidates.
successful applicant will have:
in the preparation of competency-based psychological assessment reports for
employee selection, and leadership and career development
in providing feedback to clients and candidates on the results of psychological
in the use of SHL OPQ (required) and other occupational assessment tools e.g.,
Saville Wave, Hogan (desirable)
written and oral communication skills
of theory and practice of psychometric testing in employee selection and
ability and desire to work in a small team
to commit to meeting tight deadlines

to work autonomously without compromising high standards.
will be registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and eligible to work
