Your opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor to develop our successful New Employer team in Perth.

Through your experience delivering vocational rehabilitation services, you will ensure excellence in the quality of our services and customer service, in turn growing our vocational team. You will also manage an active caseload, working with people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury, assessing their needs, then developing and implementing strategies to enable a safe return work as part of their rehabilitation.

Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes. Your personable approach will assist to manage stakeholder expectations and to build strong relationships with key customers.

What you will need to succeed

  • Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Allied Health Qualifications in Psychology 
  • Reasonable amount of experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (preferred)
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the health benefits of work
  • Current driver's license and motor vehicle
