Senior Psychologist (Clinical Psych/Registrar)


Work with a supportive organisation of psychologists and play a lead role in Back2Work’s expansion in Western Australia.


Back2Work is the leading provider of psychological services to employment service providers; working together to support people back to work.

We are looking for someone to join our team in a senior role, providing a mix of clinical client work and operational management tasks. If you have drive, enthusiasm and a passion for the positive effect work can have on people’s lives, then this is the position for you.

This role is a full-time salaried position, with an attractive salary package.

Requirements of the applicant:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist. Those in or who are eligible for the Clinical Registrar Program are also welcome to apply
  • Use of the DSM5 in diagnosis of mental health disorders
  • Strong formulation skills with an ability to integrate clinical and vocational factors
  • Experience in delivering brief evidence-based interventions (e.g. CBT, SFT, and MI)
  • Ability to be self-directed and independent in your work, as well as accountable for monitoring of outcomes of the service
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to our referral base 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
