About the role
Responsibilities will include:
Management of City and Central Satellite Sites
Team leadership and community networking
Family and couples counselling
Management and clinical supervision
With tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or a Behavioural / Social Science and/or postgraduate studies in Relationship Counselling or Family Therapy and a minimum of 5 years’ experience, you will be proficient in family/couple counselling and, supervision and management of teams. You will have the ability to guide a team to provide exceptional counselling services and to promote the profile of LifeWorks in the community.
A professional in your field, you can work independently while leading a cohesive, committed and high performing team. Together with your exceptional level of ethical standards and well-developed interpersonal communication skills, you will have the capacity to manage and ensure high standards of practice.
Previous experience working in a human services environment would be highly regarded.
